Support the Curled Tail

Use wax suitable for freestanding candles and support the mold while filling. Let the casting cool completely, then free the seated body, paws and acorn gradually. Support the large tail as you peel the silicone around its curve. Clean the fur and acorn-cap recesses gently and dry thoroughly.

Test the wick and wax before burning. Keep the squirrel candle on a stable heat-resistant drip tray and supervise it away from flammable items.
