Terms of service

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Welcome to Obsesie.com (the Website), operated by Obsesie Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15427265 (Obsesie, we, us, our). These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using our Website and purchasing products from us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your place of residence.

1. Our Business

Obsesie Ltd sells candle molds and related craft and candle-making products online through https://obsesie.com. We operate an ecommerce store and do not represent that the registered office or any fulfillment location is a physical retail showroom.

Business correspondence: Obsesie Ltd, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom.
Customer support: customercare@obsesie.com.

2. Using the Website

You must use our Website lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with its operation, security, content, ordering system or other customers' accounts. Do not provide false information, impersonate others, transmit harmful code or use automated tools in a way that disrupts the Website.

Where you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized activity.

3. Products and Descriptions

We try to present our products accurately, including photographs, materials, sizes, options and prices. Minor color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Please review the product listing and selected variant before ordering.

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, do not assume a mold is suitable for food contact, industrial processes, prolonged exposure to temperatures beyond its specified limits or uses outside its stated purpose. Follow appropriate candle-making, fire and materials safety precautions.

We will correct material listing errors when identified and honor your applicable legal rights if goods are not as described.

4. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices and the currency applicable to your purchase are displayed during checkout. We may change advertised prices for future purchases, but we will not retrospectively raise the agreed price of a completed order without lawful grounds and your agreement where required.

Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout, subject to the applicable provider terms. Import duties and other destination-country fees can apply, as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Orders and Availability

Submitting an order does not mean we can always fulfill it. We may need to contact you to correct a genuine stock, pricing, address or technical error. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will explain the issue and arrange the appropriate refund.

Orders can enter processing quickly. If you need to change an order, contact us promptly. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to destinations enabled in checkout. Current standard shipping is free for supported countries. Processing and transit estimates, international fulfillment arrangements, customs information and tracking details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Estimated dates are not guarantees. We will respect applicable legal rights and obligations concerning delivery, including remedies for non-delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds and Statutory Consumer Rights

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains change-of-mind returns, cancellations, defective items, incorrect goods, return postage and refunds.

Where you have mandatory rights under UK, EU or other applicable consumer protection laws, those rights apply in addition to, or prevail over, any inconsistent voluntary store rule in these Terms.

8. Product Use and Safety

Use all products according to their instructions and the properties described on the relevant listing. Candle making involves hot wax, heat, fragrance materials and sometimes open flame. Supervise the process and keep relevant equipment away from children and pets. This safety guidance does not remove any legal duties we have regarding product safety or the supply of conforming goods.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original text, branding, logos, layout, photography and other Website content are owned by or licensed to Obsesie Ltd. You may view Website material for personal shopping purposes. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Website Availability and Third-Party Services

We may maintain or update the Website from time to time. Third-party services, including payment providers and delivery partners, may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website, but this clause does not change contractual obligations for purchased goods.

11. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where statutory rules apply, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control where the law permits that allocation of risk. Nothing here removes your right to receive goods that meet applicable legal standards or an appropriate remedy where those standards are not met.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other relevant service providers may process information necessary for checkout, fulfillment, customer support and other disclosed purposes.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future Website use or purchases. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights under existing contracts or mandatory applicable law. The last-updated date appears at the top of this document.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights and legal protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from relying on non-excludable local consumer protections or bringing proceedings in a forum where mandatory law permits them to do so.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at customercare@obsesie.com so we can review and try to resolve it.
