Casting and Care

Use a decorative casting compound appropriate to your project and cure it fully before releasing the relief and lid details. Candle use requires a tested heat-resistant, stable vessel; remove the lid before lighting. Ordinary decorative plaster or resin is not automatically flame-safe.

Are all five ornament designs included?

No. Choose one design by its descriptive name and SZ code; one selected silicone mold product is supplied.

Why are plaster amounts and wax fills different?

The plaster estimate relates to the vessel casting. The wax fill estimate relates to its interior cavity, which varies by design; those quantities are not interchangeable.

Can I burn a candle with the ornament lid fitted?

Remove the lid before any tested candle use. The casting material and completed vessel must first be confirmed suitable for candle heat and stability.
