Ribbed Sphere Column Silicone Candle Molds

Rounded spheres interrupt a finely ribbed column, creating a sculptural candle shape with a flared top and tapered lower section. Choose the Single Sphere design for one rounded center, or Double Sphere for two stacked forms. The changing contours give these castings a strong profile from every angle.

Sphere Column Choices

  • Single Sphere: One rounded center between the flared upper section and tapered base.
  • Double Sphere: Two stacked rounded centers in a longer column silhouette.
  • Surface: Fine vertical ribbing throughout the design.
  • Material: Silicone.
  • Included: One mold in the selected design.
  • Not Included: Both designs as a set, finished castings, wax or wicks.

Support the Narrow Joins

Use wax designed for freestanding molded candles and support the mold upright during pouring. Allow complete cooling before release. Peel the silicone away slowly, supporting each rounded section and the narrower joins instead of bending the column.

Test wick placement, stability and burn behavior for your finished candle formulation before use or sale. Use a suitable heat-resistant holder.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Single Sphere and Double Sphere?

Single Sphere has one rounded center. Double Sphere has two stacked rounded centers and a longer overall silhouette. Both have a ribbed surface and flared upper section.

Does selecting a design choose the finished candle color?

No. The Variant menu selects the shape of the mold. Your wax and suitable candle dye determine the finished casting color.

How can I avoid straining the joins during demolding?

Let the casting cool completely, then peel back the silicone while supporting the spheres and narrow connecting sections. Do not twist or bend the column to pull it free.
