Release the Roof Layers
Support the mold while pouring a wax designed for freestanding candles. Allow the cottage to cool throughout before release. Peel the silicone around the base and rounded walls, then work gradually under the roof edges and around its top ornament. Avoid pulling on the roof to lift the candle. Clean the door and window recesses gently and dry fully.
Test a finished cottage candle with your wick and wax before burning. Keep it on a heat-resistant drip tray, clear of seasonal decorations, and supervise it whenever lit.
